        Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website or placing an order. By using curbsidecoffee.co.za or purchasing from our online shop, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Use of This Website

By accessing curbsidecoffee.co.za, you agree to use it lawfully and only for its intended purpose. You may not:

Use the site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation
Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the site without our written permission
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
Transmit unsolicited commercial communications

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the site at any time without notice.

3. Online Shop — Ordering

When you place an order through our online shop:

You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, or have parental/guardian consent
You confirm that all details provided (name, delivery address, contact information) are accurate and current
An order confirmation email constitutes our acceptance of your order and creates a binding contract
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. if a product is out of stock or if we suspect fraudulent activity). In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error is identified after you have placed an order, we will contact you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.

Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment provider. We do not store credit or debit card details. By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

5. Delivery

We deliver nationally within South Africa via courier
Free shipping applies on orders over R1000
Estimated delivery times are 3–5 business days for most areas; outlying areas may take longer
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed; we are not liable for delays caused by courier partners
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to your specified address
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will follow their standard re-delivery or collection procedure

6. Returns and Refunds

Summary: We accept returns on unopened, sealed bags only within 14 days of delivery. Opened bags cannot be returned. Damaged-in-transit items must be reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

We take quality seriously. If something is wrong, we want to make it right. Our returns policy is as follows:

6.1 Change-of-mind returns (14-day window)

You may return an item within 14 days of the delivery date if you change your mind
The product must be unopened, in its original sealed packaging, and in its original condition
Opened or used bags of coffee are excluded — coffee is a consumable/food product and cannot be returned once opened for hygiene and quality reasons
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping on change-of-mind returns
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

6.2 Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Email info@curbsidecoffee.co.za with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage or error
We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion — we will cover all return shipping costs in this case
Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted, so please inspect your order upon receipt

6.3 Non-returnable items

Opened bags of coffee (any size)
Products returned without original packaging
Items showing signs of use, tampering, or damage caused after delivery

6.4 Consumer Protection Act (CPA)

Nothing in this returns policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Where applicable South African consumer protection legislation provides you with stronger rights, those rights will prevail.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photography, the Curbside Coffee name and logo, and all design elements — is the property of Sarmic Financial Services (Pty) Ltd or its licensors and is protected by South African copyright law.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of all information displayed, but we do not warrant that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Product images are representative. Actual product appearance may vary slightly due to screen calibration, packaging updates, or natural variation in coffee crops.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sarmic Financial Services (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products — including but not limited to loss of profit, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

10. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using this site, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Third-Party Links

This website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook). These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content or availability of linked sites and accept no responsibility for them. Visiting those sites is at your own risk.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website or shop shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
