Every order is roasted fresh to order at our Somerset West roastery and dispatched within 48 hours. You'll receive your beans at peak flavour — typically 3–7 days after roasting, which is the sweet spot for espresso.
PUDO Locker-to-Locker typically delivers in 2–4 business days. Courier Guy Economy takes 3–5 business days, and Courier Guy Overnight delivers the next business day. All options ship nationwide across South Africa.
Choose Whole Bean if you have a grinder — it stays fresh longest. Choose Espresso for machine use (fine grind), Filter for pour-over or drip (medium), or French Press for a coarse grind. Not sure? Whole Bean with an Espresso grind is the most popular choice.
We accept returns on unopened bags within 14 days of delivery. Because coffee is a fresh food product, we're unable to accept returns on opened bags unless the product is faulty. To start a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email.
